- Placer la feuille de cuisson avec la pâte sur une plaque et enfourner à nouveau pendant 30 minutes à 30 °C.
- Former des trous dans la pâte avec vos doigts (sans la percer) tous les 2 cm.
- Augmenter le four à 230 °C.
- Garnir uniformément la focaccia avec
- La courgette râpée
- Le chèvre émietté
- Les noix concassées
- Le romarin frais
- 2 tomates épépinées et coupées en lamelles - Faire fondre le miel dans l’huile d’olive et faire couler le mélange sur la focaccia.

- Enfourner à 230 °C pendant 10 puis baisser le four à 180° C pendant 15 minutes (surveiller la cuisson).
Laisser refroidir la focaccia sur une grille.
